We are seeking a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at SEM Facilities, a well-established family business specialising in commercial property services. The successful candidate(s) will play a vital role in servicing and maintaining a diverse range of commercial properties across the southeast, including London and Home Counties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on various commercial gas systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot gas-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve efficient project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Exhibit commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
- Represent the company in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in fitting and repairing commercial gas systems.
- Relevant Gas Safe registration and qualifications.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Based in/around the London M25.
- Valid driver’s license.
