Kerry Jones launches our South West division
We are delighted to welcome Kerry Jones to our ever growing business, enabling us to expand our services to the South West of England. We are now covering the Taunton, Bath, Bristol, Swindon and Gloucester postcode regions offering the same support to clients needing gas and central heating, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical services.
Kerry joins the SEM Facilities family with a wealth of experience behind him and prior knowledge of our business as he has provided supported our work at various of IQ Student Accommodation’s buildings in Bath, Bristol, Bournemouth and Plymouth.
He will run our satellite office in Bath, allowing him to provide strategic coverage to the GL, BS, SN, BA and TA postcode areas.

Kerry trained as a gas engineer soon after leaving school at 16 and has never looked back. His career path has included 15 years with British Gas where he became fully qualified as a Gas Safe engineer and gained experience with LPG products such as propane, butane and isobutane.
He left British Gas along with a number of other BG staff to join Gasforce Ltd. the company was originally formed from an employee buy-out of the loss-making industrial and commercial service and maintenance division of British Gas in 1996.
He also spent the past 12 years establishing his own business KNS Gas and Heating. The Corgi and Gas Safe Registered Bristol based company specialise in Industrial, Commercial and Domestic Gas Installation, Testing, Service and Repairs.
